Farm to Fork

My Dad and I went to lunch last Sunday in Encinitas at a little place called Farm to Fork. It's the project of two young women with a passion for organic, locally grown ingredients, and they take those organic, locally grown ingredients and make delicious meals out of them.


They opened last weekend, and judging by the crowded dining area and the fact that they sold out completely by noon, I'd say they'll be open at least a few more Sundays!

I highly recommend the California Toast:

Stop by next week if you can. These girls are doing this just because they want to, just because they're passionate about it, and I think that's wonderful.
