Well, my goal to hike the Narrows this year didn't happen, because there was no way in the world that I was going to hike through that stream into the canyon when it was about 30 degrees outside. But we hiked to the entrance of the canyon, and I feel pretty ok about that. And I didn't come back with hypothermia, which I also feel extremely good about.
So even if that hike didn't technically happen, I am counting this goal as accomplished.
